Changes in the see and atmosphere of your skin during cool, winter months are not strange, but you can counteract awful annoyance. The telltale symptoms of temperate skin are easy to spot: Skin just generally feels drier and tighter. Other signs may put in roughness, itching, short redness, flaking and scaling.
